1. Independent Tutor Status
All tutors joining Nurseallia act as independent contractors. Tutors are not employees, partners, or agents of the platform. Tutors are fully responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and professional conduct.
2. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors agree to:

- check_circle Conduct sessions professionally and respectfully.
- check_circle Maintain confidentiality of student information.
- check_circle Deliver lessons on time and according to the agreed schedule.
- check_circle Avoid any form of academic dishonesty or misconduct.
3. Platform Role
Nurseallia only provides an online platform connecting students and tutors. The platform does not guarantee results, grades, or examination success.
4. Payments
Students pay through the platform for tutoring services. Nurseallia charges a 20% platform commission before transferring payment to tutors. Tutors receive 80% of each session amount.
Tutors are responsible for reporting their own earnings for tax purposes.
5. Joining and Leaving the Platform
Tutors may join or leave the platform at any time. Nurseallia reserves the right to suspend or remove tutors who violate platform policies, provide misleading information, or engage in inappropriate behavior.
6. Session Conduct
Tutors must ensure:

- check_circle No harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior occurs.
- check_circle Content delivered is appropriate for academic learning.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nurseallia is not responsible for disputes between students and tutors regarding teaching quality, learning outcomes, or exam results.

Applies to all tutoring sessions on the platform.
1. No Refund After Lecture Delivery
Strict No-Refund Policy
Once a tutoring session has started or been delivered (whether partially or fully), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Missed Sessions
If a student fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be provided.
3. Technical Issues
Students are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection and necessary devices. Technical issues on the student's side do not qualify for refunds.
